FAQ
Why is UX design necessary?
At the core of UX lies empathy. Understanding your users pain points and needs sets the stage for creating an intuitive and effective experience that translates into less usability frustration, higher enjoyment and ultimately better results.
How does UX help my business?
Effective UX design can benefit your busines by enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing user engagement, improving brand reputation, reducing support costs, providing a competitive advantage, and boosting productivity. It’s about creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for users, which ultimately drives business success.
What does a UX designer do?
A UX designer conducts research in order to understand the needs and motivations of those who will use a particular product. The designer will then ideate solutions and test designs that propose a solution to these requirements; and iterate as necessary.
What will I actually receive?
The final deliverable is a high fidelity prototype, screen mockups and a UI library. You will be able to interact with the designs and appreciate how it looks and how it will work. It will be ready for user testing and development.
Do I need to be local to work with you?
I offer my services globally. I speak English, Spanish and Portuguese.
What do you need to get started?
I will present you with a simple questionnaire in order to better understand your business requirements. We will then go over your requirements together to make sure all details are covered. Finally, I will present a quote detailing the scope of work that aligns with your project goals.
Are you open to collaboration?
Absolutely. I am available for working alongside in-house teams for specific projects or per hour with agencies or independent freelancers.
How do you charge?
For specific projects I provide a clear quote based on your specific needs. Typically I charge 50% to get started on the design and the remaining 50% upon delivery.
What makes you different?
I have experience and certifications in several related fields including UX design, web design, graphic design and branding that combined help create a truly unique, relevant and effective design.
